A Philosophy of Strength

​

ADD is an asset. The way you are wired is a strength that you uniquely bring to the world, to do what you alone were created to do. But people with ADD (or ADHD if you prefer) are often frustrated when they can't get things done. Skills training and ongoing coaching help. The problem is that standard coaching is not tailored to ADDers.

As folks with add, we know what to do.

but we don't do it.

And we feel horrible about it.

why get coaching?

15 minute daily calls

Daily coaching and support. Calls start and end on time. 15 minutes a day, max. I'll be there every day for you.

You're not going to be on your own. You’re not going to be adrift for a week in between sessions. You build muscle with daily exercise, and you're going to use me to hold yourself accountable to your goals.  â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹
