Mission

15MAC provides clients with an innovative program of skills training, support, and enhancement based on research-proven strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in application to ADD/ADHD.

ADDers have been told they’re crazy all their lives. And if you have it, maybe you are. That’s a good thing. You need to be a little bit crazy to get ahead.

ADD is a blessing. We are often gifted with strengths of high energy, intelligence, creativity, humor, and talent. â€‹That said, people with ADD do struggle. As a group, we have common challenges with procrastination, execution, motivation, and consistency unless we learn how to manage our unique brains. But you can turn your greatest weakness into your greatest asset — if you learn how to use it. â€‹â€‹â€‹

When you address the typical skills gaps of ADD and build on its strengths, you feel better because you start to deliver consistently to yourself, your loved ones, and your workplace. And when you do this, your success and your earnings skyrocket.

I have ADHD. But I prefer the older term, ADD, because my different way of thinking adds rather than subtracts anything from my world.

It used to be hard for me to see that. Adults with ADD typically earn less because of higher rates of underemployment and job loss. If you have ADD, you're also at risk for higher rates of depression and anxiety.

You're more likely to fail out of college, get divorced, or be in jail. If you don't do something, at best you'll make less money. Odds are, you're screwed.

But not always. This is my story.

I did it. I beat the odds.

I graduated college with a degree in computer science. I got hired as a software engineer at Hewlett-Packard, the Google of its time. When the internet came along, I switched to startups, and I worked my way up. Two of them exited for almost $1B, and I profited. I didn't make millions, but I did well.

I became a successful technology executive, a leader in my company. I worked in high tech for 30 years, and I made money at the top of the pay scale because I’m one of the best at what I do. And by the way, I'm married, never divorced, and have been married for many years.

It wasn’t always this way. There was a time when I had a job per year for five years. I was a mess. I was depressed. I was 75 pounds overweight. I didn’t get married until I was 43. Who wants to marry a mess?

I didn’t know what to do about work. I was smart, creative, and energetic, but I wasn’t doing well. Projects didn’t get done, deliverables weren’t met, and I got into fights with my coworkers.

But I bounced back. I powered through it and learned how to succeed. I did it the hard way with a lot of scrapes and bloody knuckles. Remember the part about being fired five times in five years? That felt horrible.

Since then I studied what works and spent a lot of time reading scientific research. I’ve distilled it to a set of skills and an innovative program to help you get them, grow them, and keep them going.

It's no surprise that ADDers often quit before the finish line. My method directly addresses this with 15 minute daily calls and specific techniques for activation and motivation. It addresses what you need to succeed at the level you deserve to be, and it addresses the pitfalls that will make you stumble.

15 minutes a day, every day. It's not for everybody. But it might be for you. You can succeed. That’s the bottom line.

Let's talk. The initial consultation is free. It's a 15 minute call. You'll know quickly if it's likely to work for you.
